A neat little tune that tune written by 'Kerry Hurt Phillips & Howard Perdew' and recorded by Joe Diffie back in 1994. I

thought it was quite catchy and really loved the music.

Lots of amateur song writers I have encountered miss the importance of variation of the music in a song. Some don't even bother to change the tune between the versus amd the chorus. But often an extra dimension can be added to a piece by including a half verse or musical change over as a third part. When I originally heard Joe Diffie's 'John Deere Green' I was not all hat impressed until he came to the third part and WHAM!

Sometimes whether or not a song appeals to me comes down to one line and the way it is sung. 'A Night To Remember' is one such song for me. At first I thought it was pretty mediocre but when the line "It ain't easy being strong.", came up I was suddenly hooked Don't ask me why. Just the way Joe Diffie didi it, plus the fact that it explains the meaning to whole song. Listen to this cover... and maybe you'll see what I mean....
